Refund Policy – VLC Solution
This Refund Policy defines the conditions under which VLC Solution accepts or refuses refund requests related to its services and/or digital products.
By making a purchase on our website, you fully agree to this policy.
This policy applies to all services offered by VLC Solution, including but not limited to:
- Digital marketing services;
- SEO audits;
- Online advertising campaigns;
- Website development and related services.
For digital services not yet started, customers may request a full refund within 7 days of order confirmation.
Once the service has started (audit, campaign, development, etc.), no full refund will be guaranteed. A partial refund may be considered depending on the progress of the project.
To request a refund, the customer must:
- Send a written request to contact@vlc.solutions;
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.);
- Clearly explain the reason for the request.
Requests will be processed within , 10 days of receipt.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Misuse of services by the customer;
- Failure to follow the instructions provided by VLC Solution;
- Abusive or repeated refund requests without valid reason.
